ORAL A 65-year-old man who died in a motorcycle crash the evening of Aug. 21 near Oral has been identified by authorities.
Preliminary crash information indicates Derald N. Bledsoe of Oral, the driver of a 2004 Harley Davidson Softail, was traveling east on West Oral Road. The motorcycle left the roadway and traveled through the ditch, separating Bledsoe from his motorcycle.
Bledsoe sustained fatal injuries from the crash.
TheSouth Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.All information released so far is only preliminary.
