Mildred Carstensen (Dockstader), age 97, of Pipestone, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Pipestone County Hospice House. Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM at First Lutheran Church in Pipestone with visitation held one hour prior from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Inurnment will be in the Union Cemetery in Flandreau, South Dakota.
