Colman-Egan was at Sioux Falls Christian on May 5 and then hosted a triangular on Thursday, May 7. They finished the week, 1-2.
Their current record is now 3-9.
This week they’ll host Viborg=Hurley on Monday and then travel to Clear Lake for a triangular with Arlington/Lake Preston and Deuel.
Vs. B-E
COLMAN – The Huskies scored seven runs in the first two innings before the Hawks shut them down and raced to a 19-9 win on Thursday.
Harper Mousel earned the pitching win striking out 13 B-E batters. She did allow all nine runs off 12 hits.
At the plate, Brianne Bowen was 4 for 5 with four RBI including a home run. Getting two triples and a double was Chloe Bryan and Maebe Groos batted out a double.
The Hawks pounded out 17 hits in six innings.
Vs. Castlewood
In the second game, the Hawks fell to the Warriors, 20-0 in three innings as they only collected five hits. Schmidt struggled in the circle as she gave up 17 hits, walked 10 and only struck out one. On offense, Schmidt made the lone extra base hit, a double.
Vs. SFC
SIOUX FALLS– Colman-Egan ran into a good Sioux Falls Christian team on May 5 as the Chargers stumped the Hawk. Due to software problems, game score and stats were not available.
