Dolores Gordon (played by Abby Lewis) loves the stage and has always dreamed of stardom. Unfortunately, the only role she ever seems to land is that of the lowly understudy. So she decides the only way she is going to land the lead role in an upcoming community theatre production is to murder the lead actress, Guinevere Black (Rona Streitz).
Dolores finds herself cast as Madame Dubois in the production of The Butler Did It directed by Beverley (Hailey Lahr) and managed by Janet (Fawn Frias). Will Dolores be able to hold her own with her talented cast members — dashing Howard (Justin Haugen), glamourous Georgia (Jillian Knippling), secretive Olivia (Isabel Kulm), ladies-man Geoffrey (Alex Julson), distraught Isabella (Amelia Pieper), enthusiastic Alice (Yasmin Laaribi), doctor Oskara (Tillie Haugen) and police officer Evan (Hayden Garcia) – especially near the mysterious wooden trunk found prominently in the production? Join us to find out.
Technical support crew members are Zea Rederth, Joshua Pfundt and Dillyn Opsahl. Directing the play are Kristi Fishcer and Quinn Fargo.
