LAKE PRESTON – The Colman-Egan boys team took a 20 point loss to Iroquois/Lake Preston on the Sharks’ hardwood on Monday, February 16.
Final score was 62-42 in a game where the Hawks had 22 turnovers.
The Hawks led after a quarter of play, 12-9, before the Sharks dumped in 23 second quarter points to take a 32-18 score into the locker room.
Iroquois/Lake Preston connected on 30 second half points to the Hawks’ 24 to earn the win.
Julian Allen made 19 points to led the effort for Colman-Egan. Scoring 10 points and bringing down eight rebounds was Caden Zwart who also blocked four Shark shots on defense.
The Hawks hit a respectable 40.5% from the field while the Sharks made 42.6% of their shots.
