COLMAN Class B No. 1 ranked Chester swept the Colman-Egan Hawks on Monday, October 6. The Hawks kept it close in sets one and three, but the final scores were 24-26, 13-25 and 25-22.
Leading the Hawks effort was Caelee LeBrun with 12 kills, three blocks and seven digs. Brynlee Landis led the Hawks in digs with 10, she served up three aces and made nine kills. Finley Luze was the saetter with 21 and Michoen Williamson made four kills and assisted in five blocks.
The Hawks had another tough matchup Tuesday night against the Class B fourth ranked Bridgewater-Emery Huskies. Thursday, they host ORR and next Tuesday, Deubrook Area comes to the CE gym.
