CANISTOTA Colman-Egan took a loss to the hands of the Canistota Hawks last Friday night, 20-12 on the football field.
Colman-Egan picked up 144 yards on the ground.
On the ground, Hayden Pearson picked up 86 yards from 19 carries including both touchdowns which came in the second quarter. Dalin Billmeier earned 53 yards off three carries.
Quarterback Zach Pederson completed one pass to Rhyder Behnke for seven yards.
Defensively, Pearson and Thomas Loehr each had eight tackles with Pearson getting a fumble recovery and Loehr a sack.
Landon McManus and Pederson both had seven tackles.
Canistotas Easton Miller collocted 85 yards off 21 carries and picked up eight tackles. Nate Merrill was 8 of 16 for 86 air yards and Miller had one 39 yard pass completed.
Friday, the 0-2 Hawks take their bye week. Theyll host their first home game of the season on September 12 in a homecoming contest with Dell Rapids St. Mary.
