Flandreaus apartment project still taking shape

As bold housing projects break ground in Colman, Flandreau is eyeing a major development of its own. After years of conversations and studies pointing to the lack of clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment homes, city officials are taking necessary steps to fill that gap.
