Trent prepares for Election on April 8

A reminder for residents of Trent, the polls will be open on Tuesday, April 8, to vote for a new Town Trustee.
Three candidates Justin Hamer, Richard Nord, and Matt Damm are vying for the single open seat, which carries a three-year term.
Voting will take place at the old Trent Gymnasium from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the town of just over 200 residents.
While small, Trent is a tight-knit community that continues to look at a number of growth, infrastructure and agricultural issues that could potentially impact its residents and surrounding neighbors. The election will help shape the towns leadership as it navigates local issues in the coming years.
