Flandreau Winter Athlete/Parent meeting, Nov. 18

The Flandreau Athletic Department will be sponsoring a Winter Sports information meeting for all interested participants in grades 7-12 and their parents/guardians in the High School Gym at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18th.
All students in grades 7-12 interested in the sports of Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball and Wrestling should attend this meeting with at least one parent/guardian.
The purpose of the meeting is to meet the coaches, go over the activity handbook, handout practice and game schedules and sign forms that are required to participate.
After the general assembly, each sport will hold their preseason meeting to discuss details for the upcoming season.
A reminder to all athletes, a physical must be taken and be on file at the high school in order to participate. Other forms to be filled out before participation are: Interim Participation History, Code of Conduct, Medical Consent, Parent/Student Consent, HIPAA and concussion forms. These forms will be handed at the meeting on November 18th. If a student was in a fall sport, all his/her paperwork has already been completed.
