Places in DVC meet

Freshman Izzie Lee, the lone cross country runner for Colman-Egan, took 18th place at the Dakota Valley Conference meet held Wednesday, October 9 at the Lake Region Golf Course on Lake Poinsett.
Lees time was 24:48.69.
Kaelyn Ulschmidt of Arlington won the meet in a time of 21:04.66 as her team won the title with eight points.
The boys division was won by the team from Estelline/Hendricks. Nate Timm from Elkton-Lake Benton won the 5000 meter race in a time of 17:41.81.
Lee will compete in the Region 2B meet, October 16, also to be held at the Lake Region Golf Course.
