To the Editor,
As a lifelong resident and graduate of Flandreau School District, I am encouraging you to vote for Val Sutton to continue to represent us on the Flandreau School Board.
I have known Val for many years and have been amazed at her willingness to volunteer countless hours supporting our school district and community. She has been involved in many local organizations including the Boy and Girl Scouts, CCD religion program, FFA Advisory Committee, Band Boosters, the Boys and Girls Club Advisory Committee, and Prom Committee to name a few.
With children and grandchildren in our school system, Val knows firsthand the needs of our school and works tirelessly to ensure a quality education. She is a business owner and taxpayer and understands the investment it takes to operate a successful school system. She is honored to have had the opportunity to represent us the past six years as a member of the Flandreau School Board.
I hope that you will join me in re-electing her on Tuesday, April 9th so that she can continue her work in ensuring that our school district continues to provide a quality education today and one that will be prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
To the Editor,
I’m encouraging the voters of our school district to vote for Val Sutton to continue to represent us on the Flandreau School Board and I want to explain why.
I served with Val on our School Board and I just can’t say enough about how dedicated she is to making sure that our children continue to get the best education in our school system. Val is very well qualified for the job. She looks out for children—first and foremost. I know she will continue to be a strong advocate for our community when decisions are made about education.
With children and grandchildren in our school system along with being a local taxpayer and business person, I just know that Val will continue to be a great member of our school board and I hope that you will join me in voting for her next Tuesday.
