Fliers gridders win fourth straight Big East title

The Flandreau Flier football team headed to Volga last Friday night to take on Sioux Valley in their final Big East conference game of the season. The Fliers trounced the Cossacks 49-0 in route to Flandreau’s fourth straight Big East title.

The Fliers have not lost a Big East Conference game in the four years that they have been a part the four-team league.



The Fliers will play in their final home game of the season this Friday against Bon Homme (3-3) who is coming off a 28-7 loss to Parkston. The game is set for 7:00 and will be parents night at Flandreau Booster Club Field.
