Weatherly to speak at Methodist Church on his Haitian trip

The community is invited to the Flandreau United Methodist Church this Sunday, March 17th to the 10:30 a.m. worship service to hear Cal Weatherly speak about his mission trip to Haiti. The Flandreau man traveled to Haiti from February 15-26 to deliver Solar Ovens to the Haitian people. He joined a group of 12 from the United Methodist Dakota Church Conference (North and South Dakota United Methodist churches) to take the ovens, medical supplies, personal hygiene items and help to set up these ovens.

Weatherly will show pictures and talk of the experience. Everyone is welcome to attend.
