New meters installed in Colman residences

It's been a fairly swift and easy process, according to Grant Groos, Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Colman. He and co-worker, Les Hildebrandt this past week, installed 112 new electric meters within just a couple of days.
The switch is phase two of a city-wide electric meter change-out project.

Recycling discussion in Colman underway

The City of Colman currently contracts with Garbage N More out of Garretson for its trash services. But given the contractor has to recycle its own trash before it can go into a landfill, Garbage N More is now asking all of the communities it serves, to recycle as well.
